The Rail Trail Advisory Committee

presented an implementation plan to the Board of Selectmen at their March 15th meeting. Charles Lincicum, a Bi-Peds member and chairman of the RTAC, led the discussion with a power point slide show and made note of concerns expressed by the Selectmen. All seemed pleased with the plan prepared by the committee and Charles gave an excellent presentation.
